VINCI Facilities manages several LAGO swimming pools in Belgium
LAGO’s subtropical pools welcome more than 2.5 million visitors every year. Today, many people are increasingly looking for a way to relax and escape from their busy lives. LAGO offers a complete experience for the whole family, all year round. Our Long Term Contracts department is an indispensable link to ensure that the technical facilities are maintained in optimum condition.

The facilities in the following centers are currently maintained by VINCI Facilities:
LONG TERM
The maintenance of technical installations in swimming pools for a period of 20 to 30 years requires a very specific approach. VINCI Facilities starts from the idea of “total care” of the client. A (theoretical) long-term planning will be set up to map all possible costs during this period, in order to avoid breakdowns of the technical installations and to keep them in an optimal condition.
TECHNICAL MAINTENANCE
In the meantime, VINCI Facilities has acquired the necessary experience of the techniques applied in these LAGO centers and is maintaining the HVAC installations (heating, cooling and air units), cogeneration, electrical installations (high and low voltage), lighting, fire and burglary detection, access control, camera surveillance and photovoltaic installations. This is done through a full warranty contract that also includes the necessary reinvestments.
